AI does not create a certified energy certificate, no funding-eligible calculation and no renovation roadmap that passes muster. Anyone who promises you that has not understood the job. 1. Format report drafts faster
You have surveyed, calculated and assessed. What eats time is putting the report into clean wording. Give an AI chatbot the keywords for what it contains — "single-family house built 1968, uninsulated facade, old oil heating, recommendation insulation and heat pump" — and have it build clear report sections from that. The calculations, the certification and the responsibility stay with you. The tool delivers the form, you deliver the substance.
2. Pre-draft renovation roadmap texts
The measures, the order and the savings come out of your calculation — you run that in the software, not in the chat. But the accompanying explanatory texts for the customer, which put each step into understandable sentences, you can have drafted. You provide the measures, AI turns them into plain language. Important: AI answers about specific funding rates and deadlines are often outdated. You check every figure against the official source before it goes to the customer.

A short description of your services for the website, a post about a completed renovation project, an acquisition text for property managers or owner associations. All texts you rarely write and that therefore take ages. AI gets you to a usable draft in five minutes that you only need to adjust.
