Guide: how to use the AI tool

Step by step, in plain language — even if you have never done anything with "AI" before. All you need is a phone or computer with internet.

For absolute beginners No jargon With an example Free
In one sentence: "AI" is just a computer helper that writes a first text for you. You roughly say what it is about — it makes the suggestion. You decide in the end what to keep. That's all you need to know.

The 3 steps

1

Tell it what you do (your industry)

At the top of the tool there is a selection field. Type or pick what your business is — for example bakery, hairdresser, workshop or shop. This way the helper knows what style to write in.

💡 Can't find your exact industry? Pick the closest one. That's perfectly fine.

2

Type a few keywords

Keywords are single words instead of full sentences. You don't have to form a nice sentence — a few words are enough, separated by commas. For example: butter braid, fresh, Sunday, handmade.

Then you also pick what you need (e.g. an ad text, a post for Instagram, or a reply to a review) and what tone it should have (friendly, casual or formal).

💡 The more specific the keywords, the better the suggestion. But don't worry — you can't do anything wrong.

3

Hit "Create" — done

Press the button. A finished text suggestion (a draft) appears instantly. Don't like it? Hit "New variant" for a different suggestion. You can also just overwrite the text yourself.

When it fits, hit "Copy text". That takes the text with you — you can then paste it somewhere else (tap/hold → "Paste"), for example on your website, on Instagram or in an email.

Example to follow along

🟢 Here's what a real run looks like — a bakery
What you type in

Industry: bakery · What you need: ad text · Keywords: butter braid, fresh, Sunday, handmade

What comes out

"Our handmade butter braid — fresh from the oven every Sunday. Baked golden brown, light and buttery. Bring a little Sunday feeling into your kitchen."

You can now change this text however you like and copy it with one click. That's it — no expert knowledge needed.

What the buttons mean

"Create"
Turns your keywords into a finished text.
"New variant"
Makes a different suggestion on the same topic — press as often as you like until one fits.
"Copy text"
Takes the text "out" so you can paste it elsewhere.
"AI roadmap"
A second area: you answer 3 short questions and get a personal plan for where AI saves you the most time in your business.

If something doesn't work

No text appears when I press "Create"

Check that you picked an industry and entered a few keywords — the tool needs both. If needed, reload the page (close it and open it again).

The text doesn't fit my business

Hit "New variant" for a different suggestion, or enter more specific keywords. You can also overwrite the text yourself anytime — it's just a starting point.

How much is free?

Several texts and one roadmap per day are free. That's enough for most people to start. If you write a lot more, you can unlock Pro later.

FAQ

Do I need any skills to follow this guide?

No. You only need a device with internet. Every step is explained in plain words, without technical terms. If a word is new to you, the explanation is right next to it.

Does it cost anything?

No. The AI tool is free to start: several texts and one roadmap per day are free. Only if you need much more can you unlock Pro later.

Are my inputs stored or sent anywhere?

Not in the free version. Texts are created right on your device from checked templates, nothing is uploaded. With the later Pro version using real AI, your text is briefly sent to an AI service — which is stated clearly.

What if the text does not fit?

You can hit "New variant" for a different suggestion. Or simply change the text yourself and then copy it. The draft is always just a starting point that you adapt.

Ready? Just give it a try.

You can't do anything wrong — start free, no login needed, runs right in your browser.
